My Story
Hey everyone! Welcome to my website! I’d like to share my Scentsy story with you all so you know why I stay in the business! Not only do I absolutely love it, but Scentsy has changed my life! Before I joined I depended on having at least a part-time income to help support my son. I wrestled with some tough decisions at times like, whether missing work to take my son to his therapy was worth risking my job security. I had to work a lot of nights, weekends and holidays at one of my jobs. I missed out on time I’ll never get back. While this was all fine because it was helping take care of him, I knew there had to be a better way to pay the bills and not miss out so much!
And then I found Scentsy! I started off so, SO small, and didn’t even know how the whole thing would turn out or who would buy from me besides MAYBE some family. I didn’t know ANYTHING about running a business, the fragrance industry, or leading a team! Right after getting my kit, I remember hosting my first drop in event, and NOT ONE PERSON showed up for the whole 3 hours y’all! 😂 But I didn’t let it rock me, because I knew that once people heard about it, things would start to happen. And I kept posting and promoting! And over the course of the last couple of years, more people have heard & SMELLED!! I have taken the time to talk to my mentors above me, watch training videos, share ideas, get creative, and started having FUN with this business!
I can now take vacations on my own schedule, take all the days I need off to take my son to his therapies, can work from wherever, never have a dull routine, gained more financial freedom, have met some amazing friends and people, and get to truly love the company I work with! Scentsy takes care of our people, it’s like a family!!
